We couldn’t think of a better way to help the Fearless Bootcamp crew prepare for their Thanksgiving meals than by hitting our benchmark workout “The Big Nasty”. Quite a few folks showed up and started their holiday right by hitting it hard!

“The Big Nasty”
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
- 150 m Run
- 20 Step Ups
- 20 Walking Lunges
- 75 m Run
- 10 Broad Jumps
- 10 Pushups
- 150 m Run
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Box Dips
