Bootcamp

Fearless Bootcamp consists of fast-paced interval and circuit training. They are athletic workouts that emphasize muscular stamina and cardiovascular endurance, in addition to making regular participants stronger and faster. We use running, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and many bodyweight exercises to achieve greater levels of fitness and keep workouts original and challenging.

Group Training Sessions

After the warmup, the focus of the session is on conditioning workouts that use time in some way to keep the intensity and heart rate up. These are often shorter intervals with brief rest but can also consist of one longer unbroken workout. There are often many exercises in a workout and participants sometimes work in teams.

Getting Started

Getting Started is easy:

  1. Choose. Choose your class or membership option below.
  2. Register. You will be guided to register through our registration system.
  3. Pay. Pay for your chosen option through the system when prompted.
  4. Start training anytime! Please arrive at your first session about 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and health history form.
