		<description>Yep, it was individual. Three WODs; first was 10 rounds of Cindy, then max ground to overhead. Cutoff was 12 min and I was one of the few girls who actually got through to the second half of it. Second WOD was 200 single unders, 50 kb swings, 25 burpees, then go again (cutoff 10 min). Third WOD was max reps bear complex in 5 minutes. I ended up 5th out of 8 which I&#039;m happy with (for now). Soon I&#039;ll be making it to the championship WOD EVERYTIME. My body is wrecked right now haha   The competition was called Battle of the Forces and it was to benefit the wounded warrior project. </description>
