Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp has an emphasis on Cardiovascular Endurance and Muscular Stamina. It is fast paced and consists of interval and circuit training that has you moving quickly for most of the session. The focus is on bodyweight, kettlebell, medicine ball, running and dumbbell training. Our bootcamp was created to offer serious functional workouts that are accessible to everyone who is able to exercise. After you sign up, you can come in anytime for your first workout.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a training methodology that strives to build complete fitness and athleticism. The aim is to build strength, speed, endurance, stamina, power, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance. To do this, it incorporates olympic weightlifting (a ballistic form of weightlifting), powerlifting (weightlifting building raw strength), basic gymnastics strength training, running, rowing, kettlebell training, medicine balls, and more. Some initial training is required.

Requirements

Our “On Ramp” 6-session group introductory program, or “Fast Track” 4 session personal training introductory program is required before joining classes open to members (people with CrossFit experience may be eligible to bypass this – please see our assessment information). This gives the participant some basic knowledge of the fundamentals as well as an understanding of what version the exercises one will be doing for their current fitness level. After the introductory program, one must become a CrossFit member to take CrossFit classes.
